Acceptable Use
Introduction and Purpose
### Establishing Standards for Responsible Platform Use
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP" or "Policy") establishes the standards, guidelines, and restrictions governing the use of the Perception X2 platform ("Platform"), operated by CryptoMize ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). This Policy applies to all users, clients, Authorized Users, and any individual or entity that accesses or utilizes the Platform or its associated services, tools, APIs, and content (collectively, "Users" or "you").
The Perception X2 platform represents a sophisticated AI-powered perception amplification engine designed for communications intelligence, narrative analysis, reputation management, and content intelligence. Given the power and scope of these capabilities, maintaining responsible usage standards is essential to protect all stakeholders and preserve the integrity of the Platform.
### Why This Policy Exists
This AUP exists to ensure that the Platform is used in a manner that is lawful, ethical, and consistent with its intended purpose. We are committed to providing a secure, reliable, and trustworthy environment for all Users. The prohibitions and restrictions outlined in this Policy are designed to prevent abuse, protect the rights of third parties, maintain platform stability, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with this Policy in its entirety. Violations of this AUP may result in consequences ranging from warning notices to permanent termination of access, as detailed in Section 16. We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violations and to take appropriate enforcement action at our sole discretion.
This Policy should be read in conjunction with our [Terms of Service](/legal/terms), [Privacy Policy](/legal/privacy), and [Security](/legal/security) documentation. Together, these documents form the complete governance framework for Platform usage.
